"Get Tight but Stay Loose"



This exercise adventure focuses on strengthening the core muscles and stretching the entire body. Proper alignment and breathing is emphasized. Try really hard not to focus on my hair. It's kind of obvious that I didn't! The moves are easy to follow and I hope that you enjoy it!

  1. Thanks for another great episode, Suzi. These stretches and core strengthening movements are the most important thing for me to work on at the moment. I really like the way you explain the movements, use of correct form, and the reasons they are each important. Very entertaining style! Imaginative...well done!!
