Commit to be Fit, Heart Health
Happy Valentine's Day! Get ready to have a ball! Wonderful transitions and special effects really brighten up this show. It's all about having a great time getting healthy. You may have noticed that I've been trying to grow my hair out. That's a hard thing to do when you're on TV monthly ~ hence, the hat! My hair tends to fight gravity, it just gets bigger and bigger! Maybe next month, I'll bring back big 80's hair...stay tuned.
