Commit to Be Fit Step Interval 30



This is a fun way to get a total body workout in 30 minutes (including cardio).
Intro to Step Aerobics combined with resistance training will make you sweat :-)

  1. WaaaHooo!! What a good, blood pumping workout. I like that it can be done sans step when knee injuries are an issue. Excellent, classic timeless workout routine. I could actually hear the music in your head... : )
