Getting Through Injuries



This show is very special to me. After a terrible injury where I broke my arm and shoulder and cracked a rib and had multiple sprains and bruises, it was so nice to get back on the show and share information with one of my best friends. No special effects needed, just plain talk on how to get through an injury or accident and get back on the path to fitness. Marci did a wonderful job. I hope that you enjoy!
