Commit to Be Fit T'AI CHI



My guest Tam Stark does a wonderful presentation. She explains the what and why of T'ai Chi Chuan. Want to slow yourself down a little? Need to de-stress? There are many benefits involved with this practice. It helps with joint and arthritis pain. It is for everyone. This show is a brief intro into the Yang Family short form ~ enjoy :-)
